Trump Declassifies FISA, Interviews and Text Messages

Grand Jury Investigating Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe

WashingtonPost.com | Federal Prosecutors have convened a grand jury to investigate the activities of former FBI deputy directory Andrew McCabe including his role in leaks to the media. The use of a grand juty is indicative of an intensified effort and reportedly the grand jury has summoned more than one witness.  Washington Post sources declined to identify the people who have been asked to testify.

FBI Knew About Bias Before Getting a FISA On Carter Page

SaraaCarter.com | Bruce Ohr, the DOJ's former associate Deputy Attorney General told Congress that the FBI knew that his wife worked for Fusion GPS but didn't disclose that to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.  Ohr also stated that the FBI was aware of the dossier author's bias and also failed to disclose that to the court.

Judicial Watch Obtains Carter Page FISA Documents

JudicialWatch.org | Judicial Watch has obtained and released 412 pages (pdf attached below) of documents about Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants targeting former Trump adviser Carter Page. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement:

These documents are heavily redacted but seem to confirm the FBI and DOJ misled the courts in withholding the material information that Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC were behind the “intelligence” used to persuade the courts to approve the FISA warrants that targeted the Trump team. Given this corruption, President Trump should intervene and declassify the heavily redacted material.

Clinton Emails Sent to "Foreign Entity"

DailyCaller.com | Luke Rosiak | The Daily Caller is reporting that House Judiciary Committee representative Louie Gohmert, Republican of Texas stated, during a hearing with FBI official Peter Strzok,  that the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found an "anomaly on Hillary Clinton's emails going through their private server, and when they had done the forensic analysis, they found that her emails, every single one except four, over 30,000, were going to an address that ws no on the distribution list.  It was going to an unauthorized source that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia."

FBI Agent Who Quit Over Clinton Probe Headed to Congress

House Republicans Call for 2nd Special Counsel

c-span.org | House Republican Call for Second Special Counsel.  A group of House Republicans held a news conference about their resolution calling on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a second special counsel. The group wants an investigation into possible Justice Department and FBI misconduct, as well as investigations into 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton . (video below).
