FBI Director's Original Memo Says Hillary Clinton Was "Grossly Negligent"

TheHill.com | Former FBI Director James Comey is under scrutiny over the discovery that his original statements concerning the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email server while she was serving as the Secretary of State for President Obama were edited by subordinates to remove five references to terms like "grossly negligent" and to delete remarks validating evidence that would support misdemeanor and feloy violations, according to copies of the document (see attachment below).  Mr. Comey also originally wrote that it was "reasonably likely" that Clinton's personal email server was accessed by hostile actors.
